Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a boiler at South Fulton Elementary School (specifications attached). We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Garrett Heating and Air – $43,500.00

Billy Rogers – $34,982.00

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
